Which company runs management training in Switzerland?
ABP Consulting, a management training and coaching firm founded in 2003 in France. In Switzerland, its trainings are run for one company at a time, in French, English or Spanish, over one to three days.
Training
How long do the trainings last?
One to three days depending on the training. In the two three-day trainings, the first two days are consecutive and the third takes place a few weeks later, once participants have put the tools into practice.
Which training suits a manager taking on a first team?
The manager-leader toolkit, over three days. It covers setting a frame, constructive feedback, reframing, delegation, one-to-ones and adapting your management to each profile. Non-financial motivation levers and team coaching is the natural next step.
Languages
In which languages are the trainings delivered?
Training and coaching are delivered in French, English or Spanish. The site can also be read in German, but sessions are not currently delivered in German.
Working in Switzerland
Do you work in German-speaking Switzerland?
Yes. Sessions can be held in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, at your premises or at a venue you choose, and several trainings can also be delivered remotely. They are delivered in French, English or Spanish.
