Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data ABP Consulting collects through this site, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It covers the enquiry form and the emails sent to us from this site.
Who is responsible for your data

Which rules apply
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), because the data controller is established in France.
- The revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in force since 1 September 2023, for people in Switzerland.
Where the rules differ, the more protective one is applied to everyone, including the right to erasure, which is handled to the GDPR standard wherever you are.
What we collect, and why

Only the name, email address, message and consent are required. No data is used for automated decision-making or profiling, sold or used for advertising, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Who processes the data for us
Two providers process data on behalf of ABP Consulting, solely to run the site and deliver your enquiry:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this site, runs the code that receives the form, and provides the Turnstile anti-bot check shown before you send it;
- Resend, Inc. (United States) delivers your enquiry by email to ABP Consulting’s mailbox.
Neither uses this data for its own purposes. No one else receives it.
Where the data goes
Your enquiry is sent to ABP Consulting in France and kept in its mailbox. On the way, it passes through the providers above, which may process it in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which both providers include in their data processing terms. The transfer from Switzerland to France is covered: Switzerland recognises European Union member states as providing an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing, or withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect replies already sent. Write to [email protected].
We reply within one month. An erasure request is carried out in every tool that holds the data, and we confirm it to you in writing.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or the CNIL in France.
Security
The form is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the people at ABP Consulting who handle enquiries have access to it.
Cookies
This site sets no audience-measurement or advertising cookie: no audience measurement, no advertising trackers, no tracker. Fonts and images are served from this domain.
One resource is loaded from outside: the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check, and only on the pages carrying the enquiry form. It exists to turn away automated submissions, it sets no advertising cookie and it does not follow you from site to site. That is why it does not require your prior consent.
Google reviews shown on this site
The home page shows reviews that clients published publicly on ABP Consulting France’s Google listing: the name they use on Google, a link to their Google profile, their rating, their words and the date, translated where needed. No photo is copied. The legal basis is ABP Consulting’s legitimate interest in showing what its clients say. If you wrote one of these reviews and want it removed from this site, write to [email protected]; it will be removed at the next update of the site, without affecting the review on Google.
