Communication and self-awareness

DISC and Driving Forces

Two days on two complementary instruments: DISC describes how someone behaves, Driving Forces describe what drives them underneath. Each participant receives their individual report and leaves with a strategy for the people they find hardest to work with.

Two colleagues at a desk compare colour-coded profile charts, a mug and a tablet beside them

  • Analyse your own profile and Driving Forces from the results of your individual assessment
  • Adapt your communication style to the other person's DISC profile
  • Build a personal relationship strategy to work more effectively with each profile

Questions about this training

Is there a test before the training?

Yes. Each participant completes an individual DISC and Driving Forces test before the two days, and leaves with their personalised report.

Is the debrief individual or collective?

The company chooses: the debrief of the reports can be individual or collective.

What is the difference between DISC and Driving Forces?

DISC describes natural behaviour through four behavioural styles. Driving Forces identify what motivates a person more deeply. Used together, they help people understand themselves and others and adapt their communication.
