What is the Enneagram?
It is a method for studying personality, based on nine patterns of human behaviour. It is a tool for getting to know yourself better, and so for getting to know others better.
What this training gives you
- A better understanding of yourself and your personality, and of your team members’, to improve individual relationships and teamwork
- The ability to recognise your team members’ profiles and to practise individualised, tailored management
- Adapting the toolkit you are given to each team member’s profile, and drawing on individual characteristics to strengthen the team as a whole
- Identifying all the profiles in your team and making the most of the complementarity between their personality bases
Questions about this training
Do participants need to know the Enneagram already?
The training is particularly suited to participants who have already followed a self-awareness or Enneagram training, since it opens with a reminder of each person's Enneagram type.
What is the Enneagram?
A personality model based on nine types. It helps people know themselves better and understand others. In this training, it is used to adapt management to each team member.
What will a manager be able to do afterwards?
Identify the profiles in their team, then give feedback, delegate, coach, motivate and set boundaries in a way suited to each Enneagram type, and keep the Enneagram alive within the team.
